Collage art is whatever you make it. I didn’t use magazine cut outs for my collage, but if you want to, go for it. This is an awesome, artsy program for any age.

This is awesome! When you say “with a paint brush and mod podge, paint your picture,” do you mean… take some paint and mix it with mod podge? what type of paint did you use to mix with?

You know, you could totally mix modge podge with paint if you wanted – It may give you a cool ‘wash’ effect. Now I want to try mixing Mod podge with glitter and then brushing it over a collage. But no, for this particular project, I just brushed mod podge over the different paper pieces to adhere them. I separately painted with black paint after the mod podge was dry.
